Pre-order terms.

Pre-orders

When you pre-order, you pay in full today. Your tree is delivered in the week you choose, and we email your delivery day beforehand.

Our refund promise

If we cannot deliver your tree, for any reason, we refund you in full. If you change your mind, tell us at least three working days before your delivery week and we will refund you in full.

If something is wrong

If your tree arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it.
