What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered. We never see or store your card details; payment is handled by Stripe.

Why

To take your order, deliver your tree, and contact you about it. If you ask to be told when ordering opens, we use your email to send that notification. We do not send marketing emails or sell your details.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment), our email and website hosting providers, and the delivery partner who brings your tree, who receives only what they need to deliver it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes, then deleted. If you only asked to be told when ordering opens, we delete your email by the end of January.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing hello@brightonxmastrees.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to take payment. We remember whether you have opened the welcome screen for this browser session. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
